Ox Sweat Sauna Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Ox Sweat Sauna! Thanks for joining our Affiliate Program.
These following terms and conditions apply to individuals who are accessing or using the Program both as a merchant (“we” or “merchant”) and an affiliate (“you” or “affiliate”) who refers customers to use products or services from the merchant.
By participating in the Program, Affiliate agrees to use the Program in the manner specified in, and is bound by, these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, you are not authorized to register as an Affiliate or participate in the Program in any manner.
1. Approval or Rejection of Registration
We reserve the right to approve or reject ANY Affiliate Program registration at our sole and absolute discretion. You will have no legal recourse against us for the rejection of your application.
2. Affiliate Links and Coupons
Affiliate links are automatically generated, but you can also generate a link for a specific product or collection. If a customer clicks on multiple referral links, the last-clicked link will be the one that is credited.
Affiliates may be assigned a unique coupon code, shown in their dashboard. If a customer uses both an affiliate link and an assigned coupon, only one commission will be applied. Affiliates who are not assigned a specific coupon code are not allowed to promote any coupon codes.
Affiliates may promote our website using online channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram) or offline (e.g., print ads, magazines).
3. Commissions and Payment
Commissions are based on the net order value, excluding shipping, tax, or any additional fees. To receive commissions, you must submit your payment details in the “Settings” section. Payments will be made according to the schedule outlined in the Affiliate Guide.
Only completed transactions are eligible for commission. Any orders that result in refunds, chargebacks, or cancellations will not be paid out.
All referral orders are subject to a Fair Use Review Policy. We reserve the right to approve or reject any referral order at our discretion, especially if the customer was already influenced by:
- A direct marketing email from Ox Sweat Sauna
- Paid advertising by Ox Sweat Sauna
- Referral activity that appears suspicious or non-compliant
Final decisions on referral validity rest solely with the merchant.
4. Marketing Tools
We may provide marketing materials (e.g., banners, logos, collection-specific creatives) through the “Marketing Tools” tab. These can be downloaded or embedded for use in affiliate promotions.
5. Network Referrals
If the “Network” feature is active, you can invite others to join the affiliate program as your downline. If a downline generates sales, you may be eligible for a network commission, as defined by our settings.
6. Cookies
We use cookies to track affiliate referrals. Customers must have cookies enabled in their browser for tracking to work.
Tracking cookies last for the duration defined at registration (typically 30 days). Any orders placed within that window are eligible for affiliate commission — unless the referral is deemed invalid under our Fair Use Policy.
7. Removal from the Program
Affiliates may request removal from the program at any time by emailing: contact@oxsweat.com.
8. Final Discretion & Policy Updates
Ox Sweat Sauna reserves the right to:
- Periodically audit affiliate accounts
- Remove inactive affiliates
- Modify or update these terms at any time
- Deny or revoke commissions for any reason
9. Prohibited Practices
Affiliates are prohibited from engaging in any practices that manipulate, mislead, or exploit the tracking system. These include, but are not limited to:
- Cookie stuffing
- Click fraud
- Paid ad hijacking (e.g., bidding on Ox Sweat Sauna brand keywords)
- Misleading advertising or false claims
- Promoting unassigned coupon codes
Affiliates found engaging in such practices will be removed from the program, and any unpaid commissions will be forfeited.
10. Marketing Channel Disclosure
Affiliates must disclose where and how they promote Ox Sweat Sauna. For affiliates running paid ads, we may request ad spend reports or other campaign data to ensure compliance and performance alignment.
11. Merchant Attribution Priority
In cases where a customer was already actively engaged with Ox Sweat Sauna via direct email marketing, SMS, or paid advertising campaigns, the merchant reserves the right to reject affiliate commissions for those transactions. Our internal analytics and attribution systems will be used to verify source of traffic if needed.
